Brad is amazing. His attention to detail, knowledge and skill all lead to us selling our home in 11 days! I have bought and sold a few homes in the past but never had such a positive experience. We were thoroughly impressed with Brad's ability to find us the perfect home in the highly competitive Northeast Mesa housing market, especially since we were relocating from another city. Brad demonstrated his keen insight and understanding of the market, cutting through the noise and negotiation ‘tactics’ we had to navigate. Its worth mentioning, at times when we couldn't be physically present, Brad went the extra mile and viewed homes for us on short notice while having us on video chat. Brad was incredibly attentive and was so flexible in making himself available to view houses with us (and we viewed a lot)! He researched areas and really tailored our searches based on what we wanted. He then walked us through every step of our purchase and provided an abundance of support. I cannot say enough about what a complete pleasure it was to house hunt with Brad. I felt like the show house-hunters, for real. We had some good laughs and no time for disappointment. We traveled near and far, had a list of our necessities and hit the road. When Brad found the home that checked off all the boxes and more, he knew it immediately. He called and said, I found the house. It has everything you want, we’re making an offer. He even took a selfie of himself with the Mountain View we were yearning for.
