Brad is awesome he has been in the business long enough to have a name for anything you might run into in the buying or selling end of the deal. He takes over and does as much as he can to make the process as simple as possible. I work nights and really had very few disturbances he covered everything and would update me on things once I woke up.

Mr. Brad Hanisch was very professional and helpful with the purchase of our new home. Which is saying a lot in this crazy buying market.
We had several questions relating to our move to a new city, which Brad was only too happy to help with.
There were a few problems getting the new home ready for us to move into, and Brad handled all of these for us.
Each time we called, Brad called back within a reasonable amount of time. Even when he was on vacation!
It seemed more like we were dealing with a good friend rather than a real estate agent we had just met.

Having Brad on our team for the buying and selling process was easily the best decision we could have made as he is polite, receptive, responsive and respectful. Brad took care if absolutely everything from walking through our home to point out projects we could do to improve the quality/curb appeal to keeping in touch with lenders/other parties realtor to make sure everything is going smoothly. There was a hiccup with our lender who was behind schedule that could have resulted in my family being homeless for 10+ days but Brad had the details ironed out with the bank and the owner of the home we were purchasing before we even knew there was a problem and we were able to move in to our new home early. Brad is simply the best and he will move mountains to make sure you're taken care of properly.

My husband and I love working with Brad! The first time around, we were new home buyers. We didn't know what to expect in the process. He made sure to help us every step of the way; it never felt overwhelming or scary! We also didn't feel pushed to buy; we really felt like we found the right place in our own time! The second time around we worked with Brad for selling and buying, which was a whole other game. With his help and guidance, our house sold the same day it was put on the market. Additionally, he helped line everything up that we needed on our new place. It was chaotic, but he really helped us make sure everything was done. He is so knowledgeable and always gave his honest advice. He is there to help and not just sell. I'm not sure I would want to go through the buying/selling process anytime soon, but would hands down choose to work with Brad again!

My experience selling my home with Brad was better than I could have imagined. He was so much more than a real estate agent. He wasn’t just a guy that “sold” my house. He was great with suggestions and ideas to help sell the home. But he did much more than that. He helped me by lining up the expertise to make it happen.
