I was moving from Boston to South Carolina and had to sell my house first. My husband and I contacted Brad Jordan randomly and had a great surprise!.He showed us the exact type of houses we were looking for as if he could read our minds. He showed tremendous patience, as we were still dealing with the sale in Boston. He was very informative about our surroundings, was very supportive, and had workable suggestions. We found our dream house through Brad! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!!

My experience is not unique. My wife and I decided to move to Myrtle Beach, SC. We have never been nor do we know anyone there. Logistics if buying a new home out of state while selling your present home is mind boggling. With the expert help of Mr. Brad Jordan, I would still be working on Logistics instead of enjoying my new home.

Brad Jordan is an amazing person to work with! We lived in Ohio and was looking to purchase a home in Myrtle Beach and Brad was always available and made quick arrangements for every house we wanted to view. Brad would FaceTime with us and do a walk-through of the house and answer questions along the way. Brad was super at finding houses that met what we wanted! He is the best and we recommend him to everyone looking for an amazing realtor with a very personable attitude! Our family feels blessed that he was our person! And we love our forever home!

When we met Brad, we thought that we wanted a particular style of house and he was very responsive to finding it for us. While viewing the houses, we discovered that maybe they weren't what we were really looking for. Brad suggested one that was not in the original request, however it was what we really were wanting. This was my first experience in buying a house and Brad really made it exciting and easy. Brad was always available to answer questions or prompt us in doing the next step in the home buying process. I would highly recommend using Brad for any home purchase. Brad is definitely customer oriented.
