Bradley is an excellent example of what all real estate agents should strive to be. Bradley was dependable, professional, had an extensive knowledge of the area, and understood what our home was worth/what it would appraise for. As my wife and I prepared to sell our home in Stephens City; Bradley helped us appropriately price, stage, photograph (including drone shots!), and prepare our home for listing. After placing our home as ‘coming soon’ and then officially listing it; Bradley worked the entire process including keeping us informed of all showings via an online portal. After going under contract, Bradley managed each of the next steps such as the various inspections, the appraisal, and working with the title company. Out of each and every realtor that my wife and I have ever utilized in the past; Bradley is by far the best and I encourage anyone selling their home to use Bradley. You will not be disappointed.

Bradley was our realtor in search of a home near Front Royal or Harpers Ferry. He was very knowledgeable in both areas which was great because we didn't know too much about either. We ended up glued to WV and closed on a house with a heck of a deal thanks to Brad! He was very responsive, pre-ready for closing a deal on a house we were sure we would like. He was also very informative about what to keep an eye out for in homes and overall fun to house shop with! We can't thank you enough for getting us this house, we are absolutely in love with it! Thank you!

As first time home buyers we were going into this process unsure of what we needed to do and thinking it would be one of the most stressful processes -- until we were paired with Bradley as our realtor. He was recommended to us by our lender and we could not be more thankful for that recommendation. He made sure we knew exactly what was needed every step of the process and everything was explained in detail as we got closer to finding our home. Bradley went above and beyond just showing houses, he made himself very familiar with our family's needs and it was as if we were talking to a long time friend when comparing the properties and their pros and cons. We ultimately ended up in a house perfect for our family and could not have asked for an easier more worry-free buying process. They say that the realtor and the lender make the experience and you will not regret choosing Bradley as the realtor for your own home buying journey.

Brad was AMAZING! I had a difficult situation of selling a home after only being there in WV and buying a new one in VA and was under somewhat of a time crunch. He worked with me every step of the way and was always available any time that I had questions. Brad definitely goes above and beyond.
