About Brady

Brady is a third-generation Realtor® following in the footsteps of his Grandparents and Mother. His grandfather was a real estate broker and developer. His grandmother was the managing broker of 13 agents in their own Century 21 office, listed and sold homes, and did all the company’s bookkeeping. His business partner (and mother), Lisa, has been a full-time real estate agent for almost 20 years. She is one of the top brokers at Baird & Warner and is the #1 agent in the 60502 area code.

Brady attended the University of Kansas and graduated in May 2022, with a double major in Finance and Business Analytics. He graduated with a 3.8 GPA. Brady started his journey in Real Estate after his freshman year of college at the ripe age of 19. He worked downtown Chicago as an intern for Landtrust Title Services (an affiliate of Baird & Warner). This is where he got his first taste of overseeing real estate closings. He also gained invaluable experience with the terminology and dynamics of the real estate world at Landtrust.

In 2020, Brady decided to switch gears and see real estate from the financing side as an intern at Key Mortgage Services (also an affiliate of Baird & Warner). At Key Mortgage he oversaw the initiation of loan applications and worked in disclosure compliance for borrowers. During this time he also studied for his real estate exam. He actually took his real estate test in Springfield, Illinois ON HIS WAY to his junior year at the University of Kansas - and passed on his first try!

In 2021, he returned to Key Mortgage part-time AND utilized his real estate license to successfully close 6 transactions in one summer and assist Lisa with her transactions. It felt so natural like it was in his blood. (Oh wait, it is!) “While I interviewed with many different companies during my senior year of college, I just couldn't find a company that had a better culture than Baird & Warner. There was no question that this company was for me.”, said Brady.

In the few hours he is not working on real estate, Brady enjoys hanging out with his Australian Shepard, working out, wakeboarding, and driving his Dad’s restored 1972 Bronco.
