Brandon has been working closely with The Agency Sherman Oaks’ co-managing partner and nationally ranked broker, Craig Knizek since 2016. Brandon specializes in residential properties within the San Fernando Valley, specifically Encino, Sherman Oaks, and Studio City.
Known for devising fresh, innovative ideas for all manner of projects—from sellers staging their property to first-time buyers navigating the L.A. market—Brandon’s clients tout his calm, results-driven demeanor. “I have always been good at connecting and understanding people. I think that goes hand in hand with this career—it’s important to understand the needs of your clients and what they are conveying to you.”
An L.A. native and graduate of the University of Southern California’s Public Policy and Real Estate Development program, Brandon has a long-held interest in the industry. “I have been intrigued by real estate since I was a child. Growing up, I was fascinated by the evolving infrastructure of areas and neighborhoods throughout the city,” he says. “In college, I got better acquainted with the nuts and bolts of the industry—that’s when I first started learning how real estate works, and I loved it.”
In his free time, Brandon enjoys hiking, listening to music and immersing himself in art, architecture, and design. “I love waking up everyday and learning, evolving and growing my business,” says Brandon. “And I love looking at houses and appreciating them as works of art. I’ve always had a passion for design and creativity not only in real estate but in all areas of life.”
