Like many Idaho residents, Brandon Wood was born and raised in California but relocated to the Treasure Valley. Recognizing the greater quality of life that Idaho offered, he and his wife Christina, decided it was best to raise their four young children in then great State of Idaho. Currently residing in the heart of the Treasure Valley, Brandon has become very familiar with the area, as he has helped over fifty families find their homes in the past twenty-four months.
Brandon’s success as a real estate agent was built from a foundation of educational and professional experience. After completing his education studying political science and business administration at Azusa Pacific University, he worked for the family business in the home construction industry, in the CA Bay Area, serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the top cabinet finishing company in Northern California. Being extremely familiar with customer service and the new construction process, he doesn't shy away from showing his friends and clients the ever-expanding new construction options that Idaho has to offer.
Having spent years living in the Bay Area and Southern California, he can relate to those families that are looking to relocate, having “seen the light” of what the Treasure Valley brings to the table. World-class outdoor recreation, low cost of living, endless family-friendly activities, and the widely held traditional American values of freedom and serving others are just a few of the many reasons he’s proud to call Idaho home and help others do the same.
Whether it's the purchase or listing of an existing home or helping guide a buyer through the process of a new construction home, Brandon's goal is to make sure his clients and friends have strong representation and advocate for them, to get to the goal of buying or selling a home. Brandon understands the importance of a strong work ethic and believes that client relationships, character, and honesty are paramount, before, during, and after a transaction is complete.
In 2015 Brandon’s resilience and strength were forged in one of the great challenges of his life. Diagnosed with stage three Hodgkin’s lymphoma, he faced adversity head-on and rallied around the support of his faith, family, and friends. He is extremely grateful to now be over 5 years cancer-free and working in a field where he can pursue his passion daily for connecting people with their homes in the beautiful Boise area. Outside of real estate, Brandon loves exploring Idaho with his family, fitness, sports, and camping.
