Brandy Cannon Jenkins

A true born and raised Savannahian, Brandy has been tied to various facets of the residential industry since her youth. Spending time on job sites with her father, owner of a local roofing company, he made sure to engrain both a love for our unique city, and a zest for helping others. This, coupled with her role as a board member on the HBA’s Sales and Marketing Council, Brandy’s well-rounded exposure provides clients with unparalleled insight into what the Coastal Empire has to offer.

Brandy’s drive to exceed customer expectations led her to earn the Military Relocation Professional designation. Relocation can be a challenging time for families, so she prides herself on championing our Armed Forces in their search for the perfect home. Brandy also stays in constant communication with builders in our area to maintain the most current account of new construction inventory, as well as knowledge on important details relating to new construction and resale homes alike. Taking this extra step enables Brandy to provide each client with a totally customized experience from start to finish.

Brandy currently resides in Effingham County with her husband and three children. She enjoys boating and Pure Barre, and loves showing off our city’s beautiful parks in the Springtime when the azaleas are in full bloom.
