Brant was great to work with, very responsive, diligent, detail oriented, and he understood exactly what we wanted. He even went the extra mile to send postcards to homeowners in the neighborhood we wanted to live in. We didn't live in the city so he video-toured houses for us. No negatives, only extreme positives. I'll recommend him to family/friends here in Chicago.

Whats there not to love about Brant? From start to finish, he made the homebuying process as easy as possible. He was incredibly friendly, smart, and quick to respond to every question we had. He took the time to learn what we were looking for and was patient with every house we walked in to that just wasn't right for us. In the end we found the perfect home. We will be calling Brant everytime we need to buy or sell in the future. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. He's a stand up guy and always delivers.

We recently purchased a condo with Brant's help and help is putting it mildly. Brant was exceptional every step of the way and I can't thank him enough. He made the process so smooth and understandable for two people who are first time homebuyers. I’m a first-time homeowner, and Brant pleasantly guided me through the entire process, such that it was actually fairly painless.
Brant’s skills are very project-oriented, in that he seamlessly coordinates the interactions between buyer, seller, attorneys for both parties, and the prospective lenders.
His quoted fees were stated up front and did not deviate upon completion of the close.
I would definitely choose Brant as my agent again if I’m ever back in the market.
