Brenda Larkin

Brenda grew up in Long Island, relocated to the Capital District for College, loved the area, and has never left. For the past 40 years, Brenda has been a resident of Niskayuna where she raised her boys. During much of her adult life, she was a Special Education Teacher serving two, three, and four year old's on the Autism Spectrum.

Brenda’s interest in real estate guided her to procure a Real Estate License as a secondary career which led her to Miranda Real Estate in 2013. Although she loved teaching, and never imagined not teaching, she quickly found herself in a total career change.

Brenda, a full-time real estate salesperson, believes in furthering her education to provide the best experience possible for her clients. She currently holds a Certified Buyer Representative designation, a Certified Negotiation Expert designation, as well as being a LeadingRE Relocation & Target Marketing Specialist, which means she can help you locally or globally! Brenda is also a member of GCAR's (Greater Capital Association of Realtors) Grievance and Community Relations Committees.
