She was open, honest and always had my best interest in mind. From summer to fall Brenda worked diligently to find me a listing that matched my needs and wants. We started our home search 3 years ago. We needed to find the right home for our growing family. A good school, large backyard, amazing bathrooms and kitchen; all on a budget. With all these requirements, through a pandemic and a new baby, Brenda was patient and professional each step of the way. Most importantly she was knowledgeable on all aspects of home ownership. Not only did she show us an abundance of homes but before our closing, during our final walk through she helped us develop a maintenance to do list that has been very valuable to new home owners like ourselves. The Agent Brenda Otero was amazing …. From the beginning when i decided to sell my home to purchasing a new one …. I used her for both sell and buy. She was very flexible with my schedule in arranging showings on my condo to showings when looking for a new home. Answered all my questions no matter how small they might have been. Took all my phone calls and yes i called a lot with questions. She followed up on every step especially when i received an offered for my condo and when i placed a offered for my house. These two sales/buying was a lot to handle at times but Brenda will follow up on everything step by step and making it easier for me to get through it. I closed on both property the same day the sale in Queens and the purchase in Newburgh and it was a success… she made sure things were going smooth by being in constant contact with me throughout the whole day . It was bittersweet when i received the keys to my new home … and even bittersweet when she stop by and left a beautiful gift at my door …. What a fantastic Real Estate Company and what a fantastic agent Brenda Otero . I will most definitely recommend her to all my friends who’s looking to sell/buy. Definitely a A+ !!!

“The Best of the Best” - The search for My first home was very very exhausting (in this time of covid, with certain regulations)and Ofcourse being that the market is for sellers at the moment and not buyers … however once I met Brenda we got to work immediately and the property I just moved in last week was our 4th offer on a house together and we were able to get an accepted offer (on 2 out of the 4 ) in any event my last realtor b4 her wasn’t as motivated and knowledgeable because we offered on more than 20 properties and never even received 1 acceptance !
