Brenda Underwood

Brenda is a native Texan residing in Austin since 1987 and a full-time professional REALTOR® working in Austin since 2004. With a background in decorating, starting a Real Estate career was a perfect fit. In 2006, her team was granted Quality Service Certified Platinum status. To achieve this recognition, you must receive 100% client satisfaction based on a leading research survey. In 2007 her Real Estate Team was recognized for the International Presidents Team Circle limited to the top 11 percent of all sales associates globally. In 2008 Brenda was recognized for the International Diamond Society awarded in Orlando Florida at a National Business Conference, since then has gone on to become a Platinum Top 500 REALTOR® in 2018 and 2019.

Brenda has enjoyed the relationships that come by way of her assisting a client with their Real Estate needs, creating an environment that is enjoyable and ends with a successful transaction. Of the many vital details in her professional responsibilities, nothing is more important than the responsiveness, consistency, reliability, and accountability she commits to her clients. Her specialties include residential resale, buyer’s agency representation, luxury homes, new home construction and an expert in negotiations.

Outside of work, Brenda gives back to her community by volunteer work with Special Olympics and Autistic Awareness. Brenda and her husband, children and grandchildren enjoy a weekly vacation in their own town and state resulting in spending weekends in the popular San Jose Hotel on south congress and multiple Bed and Breakfast venues, weeks on the Texas Coast. They are true believers that during Austin, Texas they will always find sites for concerts, hiking, dining, festivals, walking, and bat watching.
