Brendan is an amazing realtor. He not only knows the overall market, but he makes a point to understand the neighborhoods. For example, the overall market is slowing down at this time, but our particular neighborhood was still hot. He new how and when to market it. Our house went under contract in under 10 days. Of course, every home is different. Brendan also had amazing pictures taken, no iPhone pics here. This was the third time we used Brendan's and his team and would certainly use again.

I had lived in my house on East Brookside Street for 47 years. I loved the house, but it was full of collected stuff, and in need of some serious TLC. Brendan stepped in and arranged for the storage pods right off the bat. I figured the value at maybe 300K. Brendan started at 375 K, and a month later sold it to a cash buyer for 425K. To say I am happy with Brendan Burns is an understatement. I love Brendan Burns. He did an outstanding job selling my home.

I met Brendan Burns in the Spring of 2021. He staged and sold my home in Colorado Springs for the highest price per square foot to date that a home had been sold for in that neighborhood. Brendan then helped me purchase my new home in Centennial. He is an incredible realtor! Always professional and will bend over backwards to help his clients.
