Brent Bockholt

Brent Bockholt is the Co-Owner of Austin Property Team (APT) and is in charge of the overall operations and business development. He is an active member of the Austin Board of Realtor (ABOR), the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and a licensed Realtor ®. After his three year career as a business development manager with a custom home builder he worked for Coldwell Banker for 2 years and received rookie of the year in 2007. He started Austin Property Team in 2009 with his wife, Susan.
He has been a real estate investor since 2005 when he and his wife purchased their first fourplex together. Since then their portfolio has grown to over 20 doors. He grew up in the Austin area and attended Southwest Texas State University where he graduated with an Elementary Education Degree and taught fourth grade for 2 years.
