Brent Katzmann

Brent is one of Warren Real Estate’s Ithaca Office Managers and is primarily responsible for the training and development of the Warren sales force, business development and brand management for the Company, as well as accounting management for the firm. Brent has been with Warren Real Estate since 2009. Prior to that, he founded and ran a successful small business, Balance Studio, LLC, with his wife Diana, which continues operations today under her direction. Their work has been featured in USA Today, the Syracuse Post-Standard and Ithaca Journal and published in a national book, Natural Remodeling for the Not So Green House. Brent spent the first 21 years of his career in advertising and brand management on the client service side.

Having worked with clients as a successful real estate salesperson, advertising manager, and as a designer/builder of custom, high-performance homes, he’s come to know firsthand how important it is to get the details right the first time; how critical it is to treat all parties in a transaction with respect and honesty; how coordinating the efforts of others to meet the needs and expectations of the client takes planning, discipline and careful, thorough communication. It is this perspective that guides Brent’s efforts in the development of Warren’s sales people and helps to ensure the quality of representation that our clients have come to expect since 1953.

Brent is an active member of the Ithaca Board of REALTORS® serving on the Board of Directors and numerous committees and task forces.
