One of my associates suggested that I contact Brent. My wife and I are both in our 50's and were buying our first home. Needless to say, it was a pretty scary time for us both. Brant educated both of us on the entire home buying process and helped us every step of the way. We were very needy customers and we actually looked at over 30 homes before we found the right one. He helped us decide what to offer on the home and after that offer was countered he told us what it would take to get the deal done. I've been with Brent since 2010 and i haven't found a better realtor. Hes always there for when you need him he does his research doing personal searches just in order to find you a home . I was super impressed with the work he's done for me especially to the fact that my wife can't make up her mind. Making me have to meet up with Brent almost every two years to sell my home. Furthermore every time we talk he treats you out to a nice meal to talk about your home and makes the deal feel all the more personal and friendly. Take it from the guy whose bought more than 3 houses from him and the number of houses will continue to grow.

I ran across Brent Nelms almost 14 years ago while looking for a home to buy. He had an office in Justin, Tx and I stopped in with very low expectations because I didn't think I would qualify.
