I would thoroughly recommend Brett to my closest friends and family without any hesitation. Not only is he clearly devoted to his work (which meant he was very attentive to our needs and timelines), but has unquestionable character and integrity. Brett knows the ins and outs of the business, the tax implications of every move, and was able to put us in the lead in a tricky short-sale situation. Even when times were rocky through the typical short-sale waiting game of multiple banks, offers and agents, Brett was personable enough to keep on good terms with everyone he needed to in order to secure our investment. Though we have typically purchased homes without an agent involved, I can honestly say we would not have our new home without his help. Thank you, Brett!

We really are impressed with Brett! He is the BEST! From the first day we met him til the day we got the keys to our new home, he was there every step of the way! I was in the process of selling my home myself when Brett showed to house to a potential buyer as their agent. Brett was friendly and persistent, but not pushy to get my business. After have spent about 2-3 weeks trying to sell it on my own without much action, Brett was able to get multiple showings in a couple of days and an offer within 1 week, which we accepted. There were a few other properties for sale in the neighborhood that had been on the market for almost 90 days. Brett showed his expertise in listing the property to get it sold quickly and for top dollar. The process was smooth and Brett was very professional throughout. I would recommend him to anyone.

Brett is hands down the BEST realtor Utah has! He quickly became part of our family! My kids even love him! He honestly is so personable and makes the home buying process a great and (dare I say), a fun experience! He is super smart and will find every tiny detail available to possibly benefit you. He looks out for you every step of the way and I swear he never sleeps! We felt like he had our interests in mind 100% of the time. Not once did I question his motives or his ideas and when we didn't have a preference on something we went with what he suggested with no regrets.
