Brett Dillenberg

Brett Dillenberg combined his market-leading Southern California mortgage brokerage with RPM Mortgage in November 2007 and is currently the RPM Regional President for Southern California. His team has grown to over twenty offices and almost $2 billion in funding annually. Having founded his mortgage brokerage in 1993, Brett brings over twenty-three years of leadership experience growing from a start-up to a multi-billion dollar, retail-focused, mortgage lending platform. Focused on quality growth and developing significant real estate brokerage partnerships, his firm was tenth on INC magazine’s fastest growing companies, and first in the Los Angeles Business Journal for the fastest growth. The success of Brett and his former partner led to, Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year honors.

Brett attended the University of Southern California receiving a bachelor of science in Business. Brett has been married for over twenty years, has three children, and lives in Palos Verdes. He is very involved in the community, holding board seats with an affiliate of URM a Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles affiliate, and the Torrance Memorial Medical Center Foundation. Brett enjoys traveling and is an avid sports enthusiast, playing golf and racquetball.
