Brett and Patricia were great. Always available to answer questions or give suggestions on how to proceed. Assisted in pre-listing of the home and of course listing and scheduling showings. They understood our situation and helped to negotiate the closing time and parameters needed to facilitate our finding a place to go and the time to move. They were indispensable in pointing us to service vendors that were quick, reliable and very reasonable. They also helped to manage the HOA needs, saving us from having to deal with the needed paperwork and other items that most home sellers are not well versed in. Could we have done it without them, probably, with a lot of pain and aggravation. We are very grateful for their expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism. We will be using them again in the new year to find our new home. We highly recommend Brett and Patricia.

My wife and I are in our mid 30's and we were looking to purchase our first home in the Front Royal, VA area. We were introduced to Brett Sowder by mutual friends, and we couldn't be more thankful for having made that connection. I am confident in saying that we wouldn't own a home today that we love and could afford if it wasn't for Brett.

From day one he navigated us through a process that was very new to us, and throughout the entirety of the experience he was kind, transparent, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and very enjoyable to spend time with. Let me highlight the word "honest." Honesty is, without a doubt, the glue that holds the home-buying process together in an otherwise intimidating and complex situation. We have purchased two homes and sold two homes with Brett Sowder and as long as he is still selling houses, we will never use another realtor. He is incredible and makes everything seamless. We had several hiccups in selling our second home (at no fault of his), and I honestly don't think we could have done it without him.
