I love working with clients to get the most equity out of their current property and realizing what they can do with that money. It could be investing that cash in another property, refinancing their current property and paying off debt, selling and purchasing another home of greater value, or a lateral movement and spending the extra cash on a vacation. Whatever the choice, I enjoy being there with my clients who become like family. Don't worry, I won't go on those vacations with you but I do expect you to send me pictures! I also truly enjoy the feeling my clients get when they've found their dream home, first home, investment property or any home that we've sought out together.
