Brian was the best realtor ever. He understood our needs. He was just not our realtor but we considered him our friend and family. I was able to be open with him about what I wanted. He was honest, sincere and gave us great advice. He advocate for us, refer us to all the necessary people that could help us. He explain stuff if we did not understand the homebuyers processed and most of all he listened. It was easy to pick up the phone and have a conversation with him. I will recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for a house. He is a great realtor.

We recently worked with Brian Comer while searching for a home in Columbus near Ohio State University, and the experience could not have been better. From the very first phone call, Brian impressed us with his knowledge of the area and his genuine kindness.

He stayed in touch without ever being pushy, previewed homes for us, and even FaceTimed walkthroughs when we couldn’t be there. Brian was always patient and professional—even when the sellers’ agents on the other side of deals were disorganized or tried to play games.

Thanks to his persistence, we were able to get the home we loved after another offer fell through. Brian made the entire process seamless, from scheduling inspections to helping us close quickly before our daughter’s freshman year at OSU. He even welcomed our family with Ohio State gear in the kitchen on move-in day—a personal touch we’ll never forget.

Brian truly went above and beyond. His honesty, integrity, and professionalism exceeded our expectations. By the end, he felt more like family than a realtor. If you’re looking to buy or sell in Columbus, we couldn’t recommend Brian Comer more highly!

We decided to buy a rental property after walking through an open house on a Sunday afternoon.

The house was only on the market for three days. In the current climate, we knew there would be a lot of competitive offers and the house would sell quickly. We needed a professional realtor to present and close this deal.

Our realtor, Brian Comer, is a PROFESSIONAL from his knowledge to appearance to communication. We found that communication was the key to closing this deal in one day. We contacted him Sunday after the open house and walked him through what we wanted. He educated us on the offer, spoke with the listing agent, wrote the contract, and followed up with the listing agent after submitting the offer. We never had to guess what was going on – Clear and Concise!

Without instant action and follow up, we would have likely lost the house – kudos to our realtor!

I recently purchased a property in Central Ohio. Brian represented the seller. I appreciate Brian for all his support and coordination with the seller on successfully closing the property. It was nice working with him all through this transaction. He was so nice to talk to and answered all my questions about to the property at the open house. I had a quick chat with him a couple of days after the open house and orally described my potential offer for the property. He was very supportive and took my proposal to the seller and got their approval. This considerably saved my time as well as my realtor's time. We put in our offer as promised and the seller accepted it. During the contingency period, he was very responsive to all the questions that I and my realtor shot at his way. It felt like I, my realtor, Brian and the seller worked as a team for one cause and closed the deal. It was a WIN for all the stakeholders in this transaction. The other things he couldn't control, were explained in detail and my questions answered with candor and knowledge.
