Brian Donovan

A licensed real estate broker with over 25 years of real estate experience, Brian Donovan has worked in all aspects of the industry. Brian started his career working for Pyramid Management Group, Raymour & Flanigan, and Benderson Development. As a landlord leasing agent for these companies, Brian oversaw millions of square feet of commercial real estate across the country, forging relationships he maintains to this day. Later Brian worked as a developer for Walgreens, covering most of New York state before switching back to commercial brokerage.

As a broker, Brian is a jack of all trades, handling landlord rep, tenant, rep, buying, and selling. Brian’s history and knowledge allows him to know and understand all sides of a deal, and how to best create a middle ground that will satisfy all parties regardless of the transaction.

Brian received his B.S. from University at Albany, SUNY.
