Brian is a skilled negotiator with a knack for spotting trends and value. Brian saw the potential of Long Island City real estate back in the late 90’s and purchased there in 1996. Active in the city market since 2002, Brian has consistently exceeded his clients’ expectations – whether buying, selling, investing, or leasing – by combining his market knowledge and expertise with VIP-level customer service.

New York City real estate has a Worldwide Market. Brian’s clients benefit from his understanding of how international demand for New York City properties affects the local real estate market, and he diligently keeps them up to date on how those global trends specifically impact their real estate holdings. In addition to his focus on residential sales in Manhattan and Northwestern Queens, Brian also assists developers with financing, pricing, layout, and apartment mix as well as marketing and sales.

Married and with four children, Brian is a little league football and soccer coach, as well as a volunteer tutor in the Homeschool Co-op his children attend.
