Brian was PHENOMINAL - the Team was great! He worked tirelessly on my house to help get it ready for sale, and did work that I never would have expected him to do. Moving is stressful - moving across country compounds it, and he made sure that everything was buttoned up before I left. He was transparent about every part of the transaction, and kept me informed every step of the way. Top shelf person - can't give him enough credit.

Brian made selling my home easy and hassle free. Very pleasant to work with and his knowledge made us very comfortable with all the details. He was hands on and kept us informed ahead of time on what the next steps would be as well as checking in to see if we needed any additional help. He was so hands on, he came early the day pictures were being taken and helped pick up many tree branches that had fallen due to high winds the day before!

Brian has been a fantastic realtor for us. He's helped up buy and sell 2 different homes and each time was super smooth. When selling, he took the time to present WHY we should price our home at a certain level knowing full well it would lead to multiple offers; and sure enough, he was right. Our house sold in only a few days above asking and we were all set to move into our "forever home".
