Brian is a pillar of a realtor. He's hard working, communicative, available and honest. He's up front about a home and helps with pros and cons of each place I've ever looked at. When we sold, he was super helpful, got us a great photographer and made the process very easy. I completely recommend him if you buy or sell your home.

We have used Brian 2 times in the past five years. He helped sell out house, and helped us find the home we are in. I can't say enough about his ability to communicate, understand and be compassionate about his sellers needs. He takes his time to work up numbers that make sense, give advice that is common ground for real estate and is so easy going when negotiations or information that is not always good news comes in. He made the process so easy, for something that can be so stressful. I know alot of realtors, some are very close friends, but Brian will always be the one I look to first for advice, guidance or to hire to take care of my real estate needs. I highly recommend him!
