Brian was amazing!! He truly cares about his clients and it shows. It took us over a year to find the perfect house and Brian was very supportive and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He even talked us out of putting an offer in on a house just because we were tired of looking because he knew that house wasn’t what we wanted and I can’t thank him enough for caring! He spent hours with us going over line by line with the contract to make sure we understood everything since this was our first time buying.
He also helped us sell a house. I was very nervous but Brian walked us through step by step to ensure that everything went smoothly. I’ve referred Brian to friends and neighbors and they are all very happy with him as well.

Brian is hands down the best! I’m so glad that our first home we bought was with him.... I know he looked out for us and genuinely cared!

Brian is the ultimate professional and I would highly recommend him for any real estate needs. He not only negotiated a contract 10k over asking, but went above all expectations by coordinating and hiring necessary contractors to remedy all the minor repairs required by the buyers. He communicated necessary information accurately and quickly and made sure he was available for all of my questions. This is my fifth real estate transaction in the last two years, and I will never use anyone but Brian for my real estate needs from now on.

Brian is the best broker we have ever had. He helped us find and buy our home in Reno and it turned out to be our favorite home of the 8 homes we’ve had. The purchase was painless and Brian and his team handled all the details and moved the process along. When it came time to sell, Brian was there for us. He continually went above and beyond the call of duty to coordinate complexities in the buyer’s side and complete any requirements for their loan.
