Though Brian is a longtime friend this was our first time working with him on a professional level for our first home buying process. We have friends and family who utilized his services in purchasing their home who were also very satisfied. Brian provided excellent and professional service during the entire house buying process especially in this pandemic. It made it for a unique experience but he kept us safe and aware of everything in our surroundings. Thank you Brian for making our dreams a reality for our family. This was the BEST experience we could have asked for especially in the midst of all that is going on in our world and made 2020 a special one to remember.

It was a pleasure working with Brian. He was easy to talk to and readily available. If I had any questions, he would always answer then very quickly. During the pandemic, Brian took extra precautions. He always wore a mask and he provided PPE for the showings. He provided great customer service and was very easy to work with.

I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The process of selling our house was so smooth. I don’t have any complaints. It was a great experience working with Brian.

Overall, Mr Magpantay was the best agent I ever worked with!! He was honest, knowledgeable, and most importantly looked out for the best of my interest. He worked really hard to find our perfect home. We attended so many open houses and looked into so many different properties until we finally found the one. He was easily accessible whenever I had questions and concerns. He was quick to respond whether it was to inquire on a possible home or any questions related to purchasing a home. I will definitely work with him again on another home purchase and will highly recommend him to my family and friends. Mr Magpantay was there with us from the beginning til the end of our home buying journey.

Since this was our first home buying experience, I had absolutely no idea of the intricacies of the process. You hear so many horror stories about purchasing a home it can feel discouraging before you even start the process. Brian made my first experience a pleasant one. Brian helped my wife and I purchase our first home and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. From start to finish Brian made the homebuying experience for a first time buyer efficient and as stress free as possible. I tried selling my home in Long Beach 2 years prior with a different broker agency and I was dissatisfied. I moved to the East Coast and I bought my new home using ReMax. So when I tried to sell my Long Beach home again my ReMax agent was able to refer me to a ReMax agent that had a good sales record in the area of Long Beach. It is so important that the agent had local knowledge.

Since I was living in the east coast the agent kept me up to date frequently and was always available to answer any of my questions.

Brian was GREAT and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism. He was very knowledgeable of my neighborhood and gave excellent advice (e.g. repairs, staging). I was pleased with the pricing of the property and was overjoyed that he obtained the full asking price within days of listing. During the escrow Brian was very diligent in dealing with the buyer's agent and inspectors. Brian never left any question unanswered and was always quick to respond. Highly recommend Brian!!

Brian was so helpful throughout the process. When I came from the east coast one weekend to pack up the house Brian brought us a pizza. He was so thoughtful.

I would highly recommend doing business with Brian as your realtor representative. I've worked with him as a preferred lender-partner for over 6 years now and can honestly say that he is one of the best negotiators I've had the pleasure to work with. As a buyer's agent, once the buyers are fully ready on their end, he negotiates doggedly for their needs/desires with the property...and pretty much gets 100% of it! As a listing agent, he is a master marketer for his seller to get the quickest sale and the highest possible price for them. All in all, working with him leads to all parties in the transaction walking away feeling successful & fully respected.
