Brian Morgan

A native of Dix Hills, New York, Brian Morgan has been a resident of New York City since 1999. Since joining Citi Habitats in 2005, Brian’s dedication, tenacity and unequaled professionalism have made him an undeniable asset to the firm. In his first year with the company, Brian was named Rookie of the Year in 2006 and has been a Platinum Award winner from 2006-2010. His honest service, guidance and expertise also earned him a nomination for REBNYs Deal of the Year Award in 2007. Brian has been recognized as a top sales agent every year since 2010; most notably as Team of the Year for Sales companywide in 2013 and 2016, and a winner of the Diamond Circle, Silver Award, and President's Council in 2011-2017.

In 2009, Brian created the Morgan Manhattan Team, a team of dedicated and experienced agents working toward one common goal: providing his clients the highest level of customer service and personalized attention. Brian’s knowledge of both the sales and rental market have resulted in a strong referral base and have proven to be extremely beneficial to his clientele. His extensive research, effective marketing and vast experience help him foresee problems and proactively produce solutions. Brian knows Manhattan inside and out and is an expert in both the condominium closing process and the inner workings of completing a co-op board package to finalize a sale.

Brian actively supports the community and is a co-founder of the non-profit organization, Kid Care. His charity's mission is to work with underprivileged and homeless children in the community to alleviate the stresses that impoverished children often face and give them every opportunity to thrive.
