Brian S Lee

Brian is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver area his whole life. After graduating from Lakewood High School, he attended the University of Denver and graduated with a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate. He currently lives in the Ken Caryl community with his wife Nancy. Brian enjoys mountain biking (that’s why he lives in Ken Caryl!), and skiing! Powder days are sacred, and an annual heli-skiing trip is usually in order. His daily practice of yoga keeps him limber and young at heart, and his favorite place to be is outdoors, doing anything, including yard work. Brian believes everyone should focus on the things that really matter, family, friends, health, business, enjoying life. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Brian is highly skilled in all aspects of residential real estate from buying or selling a home to analysis and strategy of investment property. He has successfully renovated many homes and has a portfolio of rental properties. Brian believes buying or selling a house, whether as your residence or as an investment, is one of life’s major decisions.
