Brian did a fantastic job selling our house. The photos and video on the listing were beautiful. Everything was handled professionally. We were confidant that he was always on top of things. His communication skills are excellent--he explained unfamiliar real estate matters in a way that they were understandable. He always responded quickly to texts and calls and addressed all our concerns in a thoughtful, well-informed way. We could not have been happier with everything. Highly recommended!

Couldn't be happier with Brian's job working to get our 'problem' house sold. Listened, very well, to what we wanted and held to those requirements even though it made selling the house more difficult.Of note, we went with Brian because he's straightforward, provides factual information with little coloring one way or another, at times you'd think he was talking you out of selling altogether, but he was being honest and straightforward, and simply laying out the facts. A point we picked up on, appreciated, and knew we could trust Brian, and sure enough, Brian got the property sold and we're comfortable we got more than what was possible otherwise. Thanks Brian.
