Brian Talley

Brian Talley is the founder and broker of Regent Property Group, a boutique real estate brokerage in Austin, Texas. With extensive connections in the homeowner, REALTOR®, and builder communities, Brian excels in helping buyers find ideal properties in competitive markets and aiding sellers in connecting with perfect buyers. He's known for his unique ability to track private listings not featured in the MLS. In the real estate field since 1998, Brian has received accolades like the "Top 25 Producer" by the Austin Business Journal and the "Platinum Top 50" award. He has also served as a Director at the Austin Board of REALTORS®.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys family time, volunteer work, travel, exercise, and outdoor activities. He has a strong passion for the beach, mountains, and trying new adventures with friends and family.
