About Brian

After a tour in the U.S. Navy as a Hosptial Corpsman, Brian launched into a career of Nursing where his focus was planning the care of patients in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary departments of the hospital. His attention to detail and quality care was noticed by the Hosptial Administration. He was then hired as the Lead Assistant Administrator to contract with Health Insurance Companies and to manage the privately owned hospital specializing in short term rehabilitation. Brian also recieved a Community Service Award and Congratulatory Awards from Local, State and Federal Offices for performing CPR on a person in cardiac arrest. During his 11 years at the hospital he started investing in real estate, eventually purchasing multi-use building which contained his next venture, owning and operating his own business. He then became the owner of a local bar in Long Beach, CA. After successful marketing and advertising the bar turned into the Place to be in Long Beach. Eventually this opportunity lead into purchasing another bar. The second bar became so successful that it won an award on LA's Hotlist as the best bar in Los Angeles. The success, is due to savvy use of Social Media to advertise and promote. After 15 years of owning and operating these businesses, Brian turned his time and attention to Real Estate.
