Brianne Lorenz

After graduating from high school, Brie moved to Traverse City and attended Northwestern Michigan College majoring in Business. She lived, went to school, and worked in the Traverse City area for almost 2 years before she met her husband, Dave, and returned to beautiful Oceana County. Brie then went on to pursue her real estate license and obtained her salesperson's license in 2000. In the winter and spring of 2007, she continued her education and earned her Associate Brokers License. She loves this area for many reasons, but especially the quaint and cozy towns nestled in the rolling landscape. She is blessed to have the Lake Michigan Shoreline, Pentwater, Silver Lake, and Stony Lake so close. Not to mention all the inland lakes & rivers. She can't imagine calling anyplace else home!

Traveling is on the top of the list for Brie as far as things she enjoys doing. Spending time with her family is of the utmost importance and usually along with that comes cooking, boating, wine making, and refurbishing homes for resale. They have owned rental properties and continue to invest in properties locally.

Brie was awarded the highest honor for the Mason-Oceana-Manistee Board of Realtors when she received the 2007 Realtor of the Year Award, and in 2011 she earned Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society Award. In 2012, Brie received Top Producer Status within the Coldwell Banker Schmidt family of companies.
