Bridget Rigato

Bridget is based in TTR Sotheby’s Georgetown office and serves her clients in the DC/MD/VA metro areas in partnership with her husband Leandro Pampin. Bridget transitioned to DC over a decade ago to pursue her full-time MBA at George Washington University where she was a Global Leaders Fellow. Having resided in the DC area since then, Bridget brings a wealth of local market knowledge and expertise to her clients looking to buy or sell real estate.

In addition, Bridget can harness her extensive international sales management career during which she successfully negotiated and secured medium to large scale client partnerships - both in the US and throughout Europe, Asia, South America, the UAE, and Russia. Known for her mix of analytical and relationship-building skills, Bridget was able to grow business as a trusted and solutions-driven partner to corporations and government bodies. At her core a relationship-builder with a keen eye for detail, Bridget draws on her experiences and background to identify and maximize value while navigating the specific drivers of the DC metro real estate market throughout the transaction process for the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Bridget and Leandro combine their skills to provide unparalleled turnkey service for their clients who come from the local area and abroad. They love their work and partnering together both in real estate and in raising their two-year-old daughter Valentina, who thinks The National Mall is her back garden. As a family, they are enthusiastic about cycling around the city in the spring, skiing at the local slopes in the winter, and supporting their Italian, Irish and Argentinian teams in rugby, soccer and F1 racing.
