When the Time came to sell my house, I wanted to put my house on the market for sale by owner. I thought I would get more money from my house but I was wrong. Brielle had sold the house across the street and down the block from my house. Thus, I knew she was the expert to reach out to to ask questions to. Thankfully, Brielle convinced me to put my home on the market and she said she will get me over what I wanted in price and she will navigate the deal better than if I were to sell the house myself , I could face issues. Brielle did an unparalleled job. I gave her the listing, Brielle was on top of all issues with the property, she communicated And always was attentive to our needs, and most of all, Brielle got us beyond what I initially thought of getting for my house. She got us 200,000 over asking plus a month free in rent. Brielle is an outstanding, phenomenal realtor, and there is no comparison to her and her abilities. I recommend using Brielle she is passionate about selling luxury homes and is truly a good, honest person that loves what she does.
