Originally from New Orleans, Brigitte comes from a culture most commonly known for its warm, southern hospitality. Thus, it comes as no surprise that she believes one's home should be a place of belonging and comfort, which has ultimately led to her career in real estate. Brigitte's relocation to New York was initially incentivized by a future in fashion PR; however, a strong appreciation for the city's ever-evolving real estate landscape quickly took center stage. Prior to joining The Agency, Brigitte worked in the corporate real estate arena as a Buying Agent, managing strict budgets and overseeing detailed logistics for a number of high-profile commercial and residential properties. This included close contact with property management, which unveiled the ins and outs of operating a residential building. Such insight has proven immensely beneficial, as Brigitte now devotes every waking moment to securing the best possible residences for her array of clients. Past experiences in blogging, sales and advertising also contributed to Brigitte's decision to pursue real estate full time. "I thrive in high-energy, collaborative environments and can mesh with all personality types," she exclaims, which is crucial to success in this field. Brigitte's parents joke that when she's not working professionally, she's probably working recreationally as a tour guide to her many friends who visit the city. In addition to running a nonstop concierge service, Brigitte is also an avid coffee consumer, always looking for the next hot spot to sip a cup of joe in the city.
