Brittany L.B. Eddy was born in San Diego, California, but has called Columbus home for over 30
years. She is a successful top producing Associate Broker/Realtor since February 2016 with Coldwell Banker Realty.
Over the past 9+ years, she has been honored as one of Coldwell Banker’s top producers, including being recognized as an International Sterling Society Award winner, which targets the top 25% of agents in the Coldwell
Banker global network.
She has served as a Director for the Columbus Realtors board from 2021-2024, was the first African
American woman to serve as the President for Women’s Council of Realtors Columbus in 2023, in
over 60 years of the organization’s history. She is a Commissioner with the City of Columbus’
Women’s Commission, serves on the Zoning Advisory board for the City of Columbus, was
formerly an area commissioner for the Far East Area commission, and a State Political Coordinator
on behalf of Ohio Realtors for H.D. 2. for former State Representative, now current Franklin County
Commissioner Erica Crawley.
Brittany has lived and worked in Geneva, Switzerland, where there, she advocated for women's rights by working with organizations such as the World YWCA and the United Nations.
She continues to be a prominent voice to the Central Ohio real estate and housing market through
her advocacy of legislation, in speaking out about discriminatory practices, and through education in
the community on building wealth through real estate and financial acumen.
She holds FINRA investment licenses, including the Series 6, and 63, a Bachelor of Arts in
Communication Studies from Ohio Dominican University, and completed a year of law school at
Capital University in pursuit of her J.D.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, playing tennis, traveling, brunch with girlfriends,
personal spa days and spending time with her son.
