I cannot recommend Brittany highly enough. She is absolutely the reason that we are now homeowners, and there is no doubt that I will use her again for my future real estate endeavors. She always responded to me immediately, no matter what time of day or day of the week it was. She got us into every house we wanted to see quickly and on our schedule. She helped walk us through every piece of the process, and gave us the most helpful recommendations. She made us feel like were were her only clients, despite her busy schedule. She has lots of experience owning / buying homes herself, and knows all the right people in the county to get you competitive quotes and contracts. She has made this whole process seamless and easy, highly highly highly recommend!

I was incredibly lucky to have had Brittany as my realtor for my first home buying experience. She was so patient and took the time to walk me through each step, answering any questions that I might have. She put me in touch with a great local lender and gave me great advice surrounding my offer and throughout escrow. She was always available to show the property and her enthusiasm made the process fun. I honestly felt like she was just as excited as my fiance and I when our offer was accepted. She is professional, intelligent, trustworthy and personable. I truly could go on and on, but I will just say that you cannot go wrong using Brittany as your realtor and I will recommend her to everyone I know.

Brittany went above and beyond the call of duty to help us prepare our home for sale. While we were juggling so many major life events, Brittany filled in the gaps to be sure we were on track to sell our home quickly. She is responsive and resourceful. We truly couldn’t have handled this process without her support along the way. When we did find a perfect buyer, she saw us through to the end of the process so that we had the smoothest transition ever!

In addition to her hard work helping us sell our home, Brittany represented us for our purchase. When things went wrong in escrow on our first replacement home, Brittany was able to help us pivot quickly and find a another home with only 10 days left for us to leave our existing home. Within 24 hours we were contracted with a seller and scheduled for a 10 day close of escrow. It was unbelievable and only made possible by the countless hours and immense efforts by Brittany.
