About Brittany

The past 12 years Brittany has overseen the process of those investing in a wide variety of real estate transactions. As a realtor, homeowner, and real estate investor in rental property and second deeds of trust, she is passionate about helping her clients make more informed real estate purchase and sale decisions. Real Estate is the one investment that can propel us to greater financial wealth when planned and managed correctly.

Over the past two decades, she has been competitive in the equine sports of reining and cutting, as well as trail riding throughout the state of Idaho. For many years Brittany has been able to enjoy her aunts work with custom home building. As a result, she has been able to formally tour an extensive range of luxury and unique properties throughout the varied stages of the building process. She has gained meticulous knowledge and appreciation in the details of fine home construction, design, and materials.

Brittany is a fourth generation Realtor. She has grown up being a part of her great-grandparents and grandparents’ real estate brokerage business, and then her parent’s real estate and mortgage company. You could say real estate is in her genes. She has always aspired to enter the field. Her senior year, while concluding her BA in Interpersonal Communication and Certification in Conflict Management, she obtained her real estate license. At this time, she began researching and visiting many local brokerages and associated agents. Brittany chose to hang her license with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson.
