About Brooke

Brooke A. Elliott is Director of Estates Division with Aaron Kirman Group, the #1 Real Estate Team in Southern California with over $8 Billion in total sales volume. In 2021, Brooke was honored on WSJ & Real Trends The Thousand as one of the top producing real estate agents in the United States.

As a Los Angeles native and a third-generation real estate agent with over a decade of experience, Brooke offers insider knowledge of buying and selling luxury properties from the Hollywood Hills to the coast. Brooke’s clients appreciate her expertise in negotiation, marketing, and design, which she uses to attain record breaking prices for the listings she represents.

Brooke began her career in 2010 in New York City, after graduating from NYU, Tisch School of the Arts and working in production and reporting at CNN. She quickly became a rising star in the real estate industry, working with top brokers on both coasts, and was featured on Bravo’s hit show, Million Dollar Listing New York.

Brooke returned to her hometown of Los Angeles in 2015, and quickly developed and expanded upon loyal client base on both coasts, as well as internationally. She resumed her studies in Architecture and Interior Design at UCLA, where she refined her specialized knowledge and creative intelligence to advise her clients on how to maximize their return on investment by using cost-effective interior design and staging.

Beyond real estate, Brooke is very involved in philanthropy throughout Los Angeles. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Blue Ribbon, the premier women’s support organization for The Los Angeles Music Center and its resident companies. She is also a member of The Library Council of The Los Angeles Library Foundation, and an active supporter of multiple animal rescue organizations. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys fitness, music, film, fashion, and hiking with her two rescue dogs.

Brooke's sales figures ($61 million sold in 2021) speak for themselves that she gets the job done and is a top-tier realtor. What doesn't show up in those impressive figures is that she's also the nicest person you can imagine to be with! She is super friendly, smart, funny, and humble, and she obviously loves her work. I felt comfortable calling or texting her with a concern at any hour of the day, and she would respond almost immediately. In fact we joked a few times that she needed to unplug her phone so she can get some sleep!

Of course, despite being such a fun and enjoyable person to be with and work with, she had the ability to get serious and business-like when needed to get me the best deal possible. For example, we had a building inspection on a condo I was purchasing that listed some small problems. She persuaded me to ask for a credit to pay for them, and it was accepted! She was always looking after my best interests.

I can't recommend Brooke enough. For me, she made it actually fun to be in escrow on a home purchase, and that is saying a lot!
