Brooke Fox

Brooke Fox is a lifetime Maryland resident and has been a licensed Realtor since 1993.

A full-time affiliate of Charis Realty Group, Brooke was elected to the Re/Max International Hall of Fame and is a Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors Silver and Bronze awardee. She is also very proud to have been recently nominated for the second time to Top Agent Magazine/Maryland Edition.

Brooke has earned the National Association of Realtors ABR® & AHWD® designations, and is a member of NAR, MAR and GCAAR. She was honored to be chosen as a “Washingtonian Top Agent” in 2018 and 2019.

Brooke oversees all types of properties throughout the state but is primarily focused on homes in the “4-county region” including Montgomery-Howard-Frederick-Carroll Counties. She strives to provide the highest level of service to all her clients through accessibility, communication & attention to details. Brooke considers it a privilege to assist her clients with one of life’s most important decisions and looks forward to working together as a team throughout the entire home-buying process from search to settlement and beyond. Brooke & her husband live in a pre-1900 cottage near the headwaters of the Patuxent River. She has three horses, two dogs and three cats—and enjoys both equestrian & nautical activities.
