If you're looking for a house, Brooke is the one to deal with. Always went above and beyond. Very professional and thorough. Whenever we had questions he was right on the phone with us or messaging us back in minutes. He's absolutely hilarious and so down to earth. Helped us find our first home and worked 24/7 to help close on the house. We will always choose Brooke and you should too. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

From beginning to end of our first home buying experience Brooke was on it. This made everything smooth sailing. Complete professionalism, and filled with knowledge of everything house and property related. Brooke listened to all of our wants and needs and really implemented that knowledge with every home that was set up by him to tour. He never made us feel pressured to buy, just pointed out facts that aligned with what we were looking for. He always asked the question “ Now, do you see yourself living here, and making this your home?” He empowered us to make the best decision for ourselves. Brooke was thorough and available 24/7 to answer all of our questions clearly so we fully understood each step of the process from when to apply for pre-approval to paper work during offer made and closing. Brooke was easy to talk to and I knew through his actions and questions that he sincerely cared about finding us exactly what we wanted and needed. Throughout this adventure I not only gained a great connection with a realtor and contractors for future home projects, but we gained a friend and confidant. He gained our trust through action, knowledge and follow up. He told us from the beginning “My work doesn’t stop at closing. I will always be here to help and answers questions, and suggest trusted contractors to help for your future home renovation goals.” So far this has proven to be true.
