Bruce Howard

Bruce has been a resident of the Central Coast for the past 30 + years, residing in Cambria, California for the majority of that time. He is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Kellie & Associates here in Cambria. Bruce has been involved with the California real estate market for the past 40 + years. He currently owns his family home in Cambria and a separate Central Coast investment property.

Bruce is married with 2 children. He's a graduate of San Jose State University. Bruce has been a businessman there on the Central Coast in various forms for the past 30 years, including the owner/operator of three Central Coast radio stations and promotion business.

Bruce has been a Rotarian for the past 30 years, and he is the Past President of the Cambria Club, and he had District Rotary duties. He is a past Board Member of Cambria’s Art/Youth Camp, Camp Ocean Pines. Bruce has served on the Boards of the local Cambria Chamber of Commerce, the Morro Bay Harborfest, and the San Luis Obispo Symphony.
