Bruce is a straight up STUD when it comes to real estate. He helped me deal with one of the most ridiculous buyers of all time where I tried to cancel the deal many times due to frustration. Bruce took the lead, got everyone in line, made all parties satisfied, and bent over backwards to get the job done. All of my future business will go to Bruce. Hands down!

Bruce helped find the home that is the perfect fit for what I was looking for. He was there for me thru all steps of the buying process from showing me examples to get use to the market and what to expect at my price point all the way through closing. He was NEVER pushy and felt that he was always looking for the best deal for me. There were even a few properties that I was initially into and he was the one to point out issues that I would not have taken into consideration. He was looking out for me and not just trying to close and move on. I will be referring Bruce to my friends and coworkers when they are ready to buy. 100% satisfied with the job that Bruce did helping me get into a great deal and making sure the process was completed due to the out of ordinary circumstances with the sellers. I will be keeping Bruce's number for my next real estate transaction.
