Bruce helped us buy our first house in 2013. He provided excellent advice and pointed out things to consider when previewing each home. We ended buying the perfect starter home and couldn't be happier with the experience with Bruce as our realtor. Fast forward to today, Bruce helped us sell our second home with the same great attention to detail, strategy, and market knowledge as before, helped us through understanding the value of each offer, and worked to secure the deal through to close. Bruce has made the process of buying our first home a breeze! He's responsive, knowledgeable and professional while being personable and warm, which made us feel comfortable going through this process that was entirely new to us. Bruce did all the background work so we could focus on finding a house we wanted to pursue and when it came time to close, he negotiated great terms for us. Bruce’s experience can’t be beat, his willingness to explore every option available and patience to explain and relay important information was on a level of professionalism you don’t often see anymore. He was thoughtful and paid attention to detail, noting our children’s needs as well as our own in many situations. My partner and I have invested in real estate, off and on, for 25 years. When we moved to Sacramento 10 years ago and had some funds to invest we worked with several agents looking for investment properties. We quickly settled on Bruce as our exclusive representative for buying and selling properties. He has represented us in 15 or so transactions, add to that the dozens of offers we made during our acquisition period. He is hard working and ethical. If you know anything about real estate agents that's something that can't be said for very many. He has always been available for good advice, while at the same time careful not push his opinions. If you're looking to invest in rentals or flips, or for you own home I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

My wife and I were recommended to Bruce by my sister, who also used him to purchase their first home. We bought our first home in Sacramento in 2015. We were unprepared for the competitiveness of the market, but Bruce stuck by us and showed us house after house. He really listened and queued in on our likes/dislikes. He is very kind, communicative and experienced. He steered us away from some properties he saw flaws in, and eased our nerves over other things we focused too heavily on. As a first time home searcher, that kind of steadiness and assessment was vital, because you can easily overlook a potential issue in a house, or even make too big a deal over another and miss the potential entirely. We are very happy where we landed on a quiet street in a great neighborhood.
I would use Bruce again in the future, 100%.
