About Bruce

Bruce Silva’s passion for real estate began at a young age as he ventured through the neighborhood exploring homes under construction and being overcome with curiosity. He became fascinated by the diverse floor plans and what each new window view would hold. By high school he was drafting plans for his dream home and after receiving his BA in engineering, he purchased his first investment property. Within a few years he began searching for the ideal location to build his waterfront dream home. Since technology was not as advanced as it is today, he spent almost every spare moment over the course of a year exploring all ungated roads on every lake between Lake Winnipesaukee and the Mass border, and from as far west as Horace Lake to as far east as the Piscataqua River in order to discover that one developable lot with the most exquisite view. With that said, Bruce has a vast knowledge of the lakes, water quality, and water accessibility in this region.

Bruce has purchased, renovated and flipped properties as well as had the unique experience of being a volunteer on Extreme Makeover – Home Edition and was featured on an episode of HGTV’s My House is Worth What? More recently, Bruce has been captivated by the escalation of fair market rents in the area and has expanded his portfolio of rental investment properties. He has always believed that knowledge is power and best when shared, hence becoming a Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan.
