Bryan Castillo

In 2006, as a cum laude graduate of Cal State University, Northridge with a BA Degree in Business Administration with an option in Finance, Bryan Castillo went on to join one of the most prolific and successful independent film production and financing companies in the entertainment business. With his experience of over 8 years, and as a Director, Officer and member of the Board, the company grew into the premier Bridge Financing resource for independent movies, providing more than $97 million in short-term funding to more than 100 films, with budgets ranging from $2 million to $42 million, representing an aggregate of $687 million in production. His positive attitude led him to make many contacts and professional relationships. His heavy work ethic, passion for customer service and love to help people, led him into the Real Estate industry. Bryan founded his own Real Estate Brokerage, Castillo Realty Group, Inc. in 2012.

Since a young age (prior to becoming a licensed Broker), Bryan has always been actively involved in real estate by quickly purchasing investment properties to add to his portfolio. For years now, Bryan has been managing his own investment properties along with those of clients with an impressive 0% vacancy rate. His great skills allow him to match the perfect tenants with Landlords.

Today, with nearly a decade of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Bryan is actively working with diverse groups of seasoned investors. From the traditional buy-and-hold investor; flips – acquiring distressed properties (whether it's through: foreclosure/trustee sale sight-unseen, bank-owned, probate, or any fixer-uppers including value-add opportunities); to the savvy developer (helping identify properties with hidden value and potential according to their zoning, TOC Tier incentives, market shifts/trends, etc) to achieve the highest & best use possible for the subject property - ultimately becoming highly desired gems, which have sold at record prices in their respective areas! Bryan has the experienced track record, contacts, and professional relationships to ensure high returns for his clients’ investments.

As a native Angeleno and member of the Beverly Hills/Greater LA Association of Realtors, Bryan is very familiar with the area market and its many quirks. He loves helping people find the property that suits them best, and there’s nothing more rewarding to him than a satisfied client.
