In 2006, as a cum laude graduate of Cal State University, Northridge with a BA Degree in Business Administration with an option in Finance, Bryan Castillo went on to join one of the most prolific and successful independent film production and financing companies in the entertainment business. With his experience of over 8 years, and as a Director, Officer and member of the Board, the company grew into the premier Bridge Financing resource for independent movies, providing more than $97 million in short-term funding to more than 100 films, with budgets ranging from $2 million to $42 million, representing an aggregate of $687 million in production. His positive attitude led him to make many contacts and professional relationships. His heavy work ethic, passion for customer service and love to help people, led him into the Real Estate industry. Bryan founded his own Real Estate Brokerage, Castillo Realty Group, Inc. in 2012.
Since a young age (prior to becoming a licensed Broker), Bryan has always been actively involved in real estate by quickly purchasing investment properties to add to his portfolio. For years now, Bryan has been managing his own investment properties along with those of clients with an impressive 0% vacancy rate. His great skills allow him to match the perfect tenants with Landlords.
