About Bryan

Licensed real estate sales agent since 1999 specializing in the downtown Orlando condominium market and new construction in the surrounding areas of Walt Disney World. Responsibilities include:

• Helping clients determine the value of property they want to sell
• Providing tips to sellers to help stage property in order to appeal to buyers
• Advertising listed property to other realtors and potential buyers
• Scheduling showings and host open house events so potential buyers can view the property
• Negotiating contracts with buyers and/or agents acting on their behalf, and purchase agreements with sellers and/or their agents
• Educating sellers about disclosure requirements
• Facilitating and coordinate the closing process on behalf of clients
• Aiding sellers through the selling process and buyers through the buying process
• Assisting prospective clients with identifying areas to look for property and suitable properties for their needs
• Researching listings of properties for sale

Served in the United States Army as an attack helicopter pilot. Graduated from the United States Military Academy with a B.S. in Management and an Engineering Sequence in Computer Science. Later became the Officer Manager for the Joint Readiness Training Center and the Operations Officer for the Boston Military Entrance Processing Station.

After leaving the Army, I spent time as an implementation consultant at PTC, a System Engineer Staff Senior at Lockheed Martin and a Senior Product Manager at Micro Focus (UK).

I love to spend time with my son Michael and enjoy the company of friends and family. I love to travel, go on cruises and play golf. In my free time I like to play the piano and catch live theater performances.

After my condo in Orlando sat on the market for many months without an offer, I was at a crossroads. I felt defeated and had almost resigned myself – particularly in a year of a pandemic – that I wouldn’t be able to sell at all much less for a strong price. Ultimately, I switched relators and gave the listing to Bryan. Little did I know at the time, this was the best decision I could have made. Bryan’s attention to detail, candor and precision in all things added up to a level of quality I have never seen in a realtor (and I’ve bought/sold 4 properties). He gave me advice and I listened. Bryan knows the Orlando market; he understands how to articulate value and he goes that extra mile. The condo sold. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bryan to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. He is absolutely phenomenal.
