About Bryan
Hi, my name is Bryan. I’d like to meet you in this moment and share a little bit about myself.
I'm a native Angeleno, a proud Yonsei (fourth-generation Japanese American) and an equally proud graduate of the Culver City public school system. I went to college at the University of Colorado at Boulder where I fell in love with the active, outdoor lifestyle. But there's a lot to do in Southern California too, and so, after graduating, I came right back to our beaches, hiking trails, endless summers and Insta worthy sunsets.
I had a first career in advertising, where I was lucky enough to work at several acclaimed agencies on well-known brands like Lexus, Honda, 20th Century Fox and Dreamwork Studios. In a sign of things to come, I also worked with several local and national real estate developers.
Advertising was a lot of fun and I made tons of great friends, but I ultimately realized that I like helping people more than products. And maybe real estate is in my blood. My grandfather, now well into his 90’s, started buying and selling real estate in West LA right after World War II and still actively manages smaller apartment buildings that have been in the family for more than 70 years.
So, in 2014, I obtained my real estate license. When I started, I expected I would work pretty much exclusively on the Westside, an area I know so well. But in practice my work has taken me all over the greater Los Angeles area, helping people buy and sell properties from Long Beach to Sherman Oaks, from Santa Monica to Los Feliz.
During these challenging times, it is more important than ever to work with experts that are fact based, agile, hardworking and will always put you first. If that’s something you’re looking for, then I’d love to talk to you!
